Woodworkers use these to add rigidity to slabs while allowing some seasonal movement. Keeping flatness, these have a hole pattern of 7 slots for bolting to wood and a little room to adjust the placement of the threaded inserts. (can accommodate m6 bolts)

2" wide x 1/2" deep x 40" long

Painted with a matte black powder coating option is available.
